Dear Parents/Carers,
Due to the current situation with covid-19, we have taken the decision to change how the Mothers’ Day lunch will take place. All mums that had arranged to come in and have picnic lunch with their children, will now be asked to collect their child/children and take them home for lunch. They can then either be returned back for the afternoon lessons or spend the afternoon with Mum.
Reception and KS1 children to be collected from classroom doors between 11.45-12.00 midday.
KS2 children to be collected from the 3 and 4 playground at midday.
Any lunches ordered for the picnic from the Kitchen, will be given to your child to take home.
If you haven’t arranged to come in for the mother’s day picnic, but wish to collect your child and take them for lunch, please just collect at the times shown above and your child will be signed out by the class teacher.
May we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but with the ever changing information we are receiving, we have had to make this very hard decision.
Thank you for your continued support.
Kind regards
School Office
