Introducing the 'Weddy Hub' Team: Miss Molineaux and Miss Tomlinson
At Weddington Primary School, we're thrilled to introduce the 'Weddy Hub', a dedicated team committed to promoting and supporting the well-being of our school community. Miss Molineaux and Miss Tomlinson are here to ensure that every child thrives, in line with our school's vision of nurturing curious, courageous, and confident individuals equipped for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Pastoral Concerns: Miss Molineaux and Miss Tomlinson will provide a compassionate ear and practical support for any pastoral concerns affecting our students, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and supported.
Safeguarding Issues: Our team is trained to handle safeguarding matters sensitively and effectively, working closely with families and external agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of all our students.
Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Development: Through targeted interventions and tailored support, Miss Molineaux and Miss Tomlinson will work with children to develop their social, emotional, and behavioural skills, fostering resilience and positive relationships.
Family Engagement: We recognise the importance of strong partnerships between school and home. The 'Weddy Hub' team will collaborate with families to ensure they have the necessary support and resources to help their children thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
Supporting Our School Vision:
By prioritising the social, emotional, and behavioural needs of our children, Miss Molineaux and Miss Tomlinson contribute to creating a nurturing environment where all children can thrive.
Through their dedication to safeguarding and pastoral care, they reinforce our commitment to developing confident and resilient individuals who are prepared for the challenges of the wider world.
At Weddington Primary School, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to grow and succeed. With the 'Weddy Hub' team's support, we're confident that our children will continue to flourish, embodying the vision of curiosity, courage, and confidence that define our school.
