Further to the latest guidelines from the Dfe we are cancelling ALL non-essential school activities. This includes music lessons, swimming, judo and ALL after school clubs (with the exception of out of hours) until further notice.
We will also be cancelling the spring concert and sing into spring. We appreciate the disappointment this may cause for the children but we need to adhere to the advice we are given and protect the school’s students, staff and families.
Year 2 and 6 SATS revision classes are, for the time being, continuing.
In addition to this following the governments updated advice yesterday regarding non-essential contact, we have decided that, should you need to speak to a member of school staff, you should contact the school office to make a telephone appointment with the relevant staff member. This includes pending parent’s evenings, which will be either a telephone appointment or written report.
We are currently awaiting advice regarding the upcoming school trips and will advise you as soon as we have confirmation.
We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and thank you for your understanding and ongoing support.
Kind regards,
School Office
