P.E - Early morning Workouts!
Hi Year 6, If you are anything like me, I am getting a little bored of Joe Wicks so I have set you some HIIT training and Tabatta training - both really push your heart rate: maximum effort with a short recovery.
You need to go on to YouTube and type in Glenn Higgins fitness where you will find a range of short fitness programs.
In order to maximise your workout, you need to do at least 4 - 6 of the videos back-to-back with a short 2 minute rest inbetween!
