Music Lessons

Playing a musical instrument or learning to sing could be one of the best things your child ever does. Music and playing can “improve academic attainment in areas such as numeracy, literacy and language” (Henley Review 2011) and help develop:
1. Self-discipline and self esteem
2. Social skills
3. Concentration
Above all else it is a highly rewarding activity and great fun.

Music lessons (woodwind, guitar, violin, percussion or keyboard) are offered by Warwickshire Music to KS2 children (Year 3 - Year 6). Should your child wish to learn a musical instrument, they will be taught in weekly group sessions led by an outstanding Warwickshire Music teacher.

If your child would be interested in undertaking music lessons, please contact the school offfice for details of the lessons currently on offer and the current prices of these.
